Star Wars: The Old Republic – Trailer

Probably the most talked about trailer of this year’s E-3 was Lucasart’s “Star Wars: The Old Republic” trailer. While Uncharted 2 looked pretty damn shiney and Rock Band: Beatles was a warm fuzzy trip down memory lane, Star Warrs reminded us why we loved Jedi, Sith and all things with lightsabers. So while the rest of the world continues to look quizzically at Star Wars fans, unsure why they continue to love films that have, in recent years, lowered the bar significantly, we power up our glowing swords of death and get our geek on!

The first “Old Republic” game, Knights of the Old Republic was a huge success with most fans citing it as a high point in Star Wars gaming. Now The Old Republic returns to the world and promises and epic online MMORPG with lots of character classes, awesome battles and amazing depth.

We really don’t care here at coolshite, we just want the director of this trailer to come in and direct some episodes of either The Clone Wars animated show, or the upcoming live action series.

    Oh my word, I think I just fainted *_* this looks so damn freakin’ awesome. I had to blog it, just to make sure I wasn’t dreaming – and to spread the news. KOTOR is returning at long last. Is Malak going to be returning with it (the main bad guy in clip sure looked like an older Malak) and will Revan be coming back to save them all???
