Dragon Age: Redemption – Web Trailer

The Guild has been a massive success for the burgeoning area of web based Serials, with funny, clever writing and an inbuilt audience of gamers who love seeing themselves represented on screen, it has become a legitimate phenomenon in pop culture. The extremely saucy Felicia Day has been the driving force behind The Guild and has become a bit of an icon to gamers and genre fans alike.  She’s appeared briefly in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and then made it into the spotlight with Joss Whedon’s Dr Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog before making appearances in Dollhouse and the Sy-Fy movie “Red” in which she plays a werewolf hunting red riding hood.

But now she’s taken the idea of The Guild web series and, with the folks behind Dragon Age, she’s appearing in and writing for Dragon Age: Redemption. Not only will she play the lead character but she is also developing the script and helping to produce this six part online only story.

Synopsis

Dragon Age: Redemption, is a web series about an elven assassin, named Tallis, who is hunting down a renegade mage. The success of the mission is of the utmost importance to Tallis, who risks having her freedom taken away if she fails. Realizing that she can’t do it all by herself, she enlists allies to help her. The series takes place in Ferelden, the same setting of Dragon Age: Origins.

    Oh, hell yes! Former Slayer puts on elf-ears and it’s linked to one of my all-time favorite games? Her last 2 web series were fun, this one looks that way to me as well! I will be there!
