Priest – Paul Bettany WonderCon Roundtable

I had the pleasure of participating in the WonderCon roundtable interviews for the upcoming 3-D film Priest, in theatres May 13.

Paul Bettany is one of the most enjoyable people to meet. As well as being thoughtful and interesting in his storytelling, he has a sense for when to be vulgar, funny or proper. As an example, after the interview as he walked away, he called over his shoulder, “Write nice things or I’ll come and kill you.” You can just barely hear that at the end.

In the roundtable here he goes over how much he enjoyed making Priest, his reaction to the 3-D in the film, why he has been pursuing action roles of late, and what it’s like to be the voice of Jarvis in the Iron Man franchise.
