    I’m a long time listener of your podcast and I appreciate all your work. however, i think that your characterization of Bush supporters as gun-toting rednecks is not accurate. You may believe that being so far away and external to the situation, but it’s not the case. It IS true that gun toting rednecks DO support president bush, but it’s generally true that MANY respectable people (many of which are educated) support the president as well. Most everyone (americans) was behind him when the mission first began, but when it became difficult many backed out. I am a supporter although at times i find it difficult. I think many are unhappy with the situation (as i am) but it doesn’t do any good to blame the president. Even if he’s to blame, it still does no good. So instead of bashing the man at the top, opponents need to start helping to provide answers instead of finger pointing.

    other than that, keep up the good work and stick to the movies.

    As a person living in Bush’s home-town, I’d have to say that not all of his supporters are gun-toting rednecks; a good number of them are his rich Republican cronies. The sheer gall that someone should point out the fact that he’s generally cocked-up his job every day for two fucking terms in office…please.
    Give me a break, if there was any justice in this world, the out of work middle America fuckers would rise up and crucify him, or perhaps some of the maimed soldiers he’s responsible for.
