   King Kong is awesome in HD. I have an xvid clip that’s 1280×720. It’s so frickin big, it scares me. Get it. You won’t be sorry. Plays nice on a mac with VLC

   I subscribed to CoolShite the day I got iTunes 4.9 and love it. It’s just good and makes me laugh out loud on the train…which is bad.

   I have a bone to pick however. Where the fuck is the greatest film of all time on Cool Shite. Of course I am referring to John Carpenters “the Thing”. I saw that you did reviews of they live and big trouble but come on. I saw this in the cinema way back in the 80′s and it seriously changed my life, (hmm that sounds too sad doesn’t it). And it’s a bloody gold mine for clips.

   Maybe a whole show devoted to Mr Carpenter wouldn’t go amiss.

   Anyway. Awesome show guys. You have my undivided attention

   Welcome to the blog and thanks for listening. The Thing has been put on the back burner for a while due to the fact that we reviewed the other two films. We didn’t want to change this into the “The John THE FUCKING MAN Carpenter” Podcast. Don’t be scared it is coming, just wanted a gap and also not the blow our entire load in one hit.
