God Bless America – Red Band Movie Trailer

Bobcat Goldthwait is best known to pretty much everyone as the scary screechy guy from the Police Academy films, however it should be noted that in recent years he’s become a bit of an underground sensation as the Writer/Director of some very VERY black comedies. This is his most recent film and looks to be a pretty hard hitting comedy which gives us what we’ve always wanted: A character who does all the things we’ve all dreamed of, namely: Killing the douche-bags in the cinema, blowing away the reality TV star, taking back the dignity of the everyday man.  Will it make for a great film?  Who knows. but it looks interesting. And interestingly it is coming to “Video On Demand” in April, before a wide cinema release in May… the times they are a changing….

Synopsis: Loveless, jobless and possibly terminally ill, Frank has had enough of the downward spiral of America. With nothing left to lose, Frank takes his gun and decides to off the stupidest, cruelest and most repellent members of society with an unusual accomplice: 16-year-old Roxy, who shares his sense of rage and disenfranchisement. From stand-up comedian and director Bobcat Goldthwait comes a scathing and hilarious attack on all that is sacred in the United States of America.
