Prometheus – Teaser Trailer

prometheus-poster

Ridley Scott has been instrumental in the creation of some of the most memorabel films and film series’ of all time. Some have never been returned to (Blade Runner) and others have been mined to within an inch of their life (Alien), yet when he returns to play in one of the sandboxes of his creating… its something pretty damn special. Although not technically a prequel to Alien, Prometheus is clearly set in the same universe and shares some locations and concepts.

Scott has said that he has always been more interested in where the Aliens came from and who the “Space Jockey” was, than what those eye-less black monstrosities could impregnate next. This film proves that not only is the giant H.R. Giger designed “U” ship, the place of much wonder, it is also a place of complete terror. To say this trailer is exciting is doing it a massive disservice. Watch it.  LOUD.
