The Expendables – Movie Trailer

The Expendables is a film that has been many many years in the making. Not necessarily in actuality, but it is a culmination of the star-power and careers of it’s all star cast into one film that is about as manly as humanly possible. The basic premise is: Take a bunch of aging action stars, some past the peak of their careers, and slam them together with a bunch of cameos by other aging stars. Wrap a film around this congregation of testosterone and rogain and release it onto the unsuspecting world.

Ladies and gents we give you “The Expendables” Sly Stallone’s love letter to action movies from the past 30 or so years.  Its equal parts A-team, Rambo, World Wrestling Federation and Once Upon a Time in China.  With more guns than any of them. It is unashamedly over the top, it is a man’s movie and it will fuck up anyone who dares to argue with it.  So here’s the trailer assholes!

Shut up and be manly! Don’t you dare comment back or i’ll slap you like the bitch you are… with my manliness! Or talk-back if you are a man! Speak up!!!!

   To take a more civilized tone, I find it amusing that Arnold is doing the transaction in what seems much like the church in End of Days. But then, all crucifixions look alike to me, what can I say?
