So there. But seriously ladies and gents, finally we’re presented with a longer trailer for this upcoming film based on the popular Mark Millar comic book. It proposes to be about real life superheroes and finally in this trailer we get to see a bit of exactly that; something that looks like normal folks in silly costumes getting in scraps. I don’t know if Hit Girl’s fight sequences undermine this reality by being unbridled balls to the wall action and honestly i don’t much care. She is tough as a nailgun to the nads, that girl!

This really gives me a better idea of what the film is actually all about and really cranks up the action, while keeping a light humorous tone. I for one cannot wait to get my ass kicked by this band of dumb asses in silly costumes! But what do you think? feedback!!!! or ELSE!!!!

I have been freaking hyped for this thing for too long now.
Git the comics and read them silly.
Been following this production and am soooo stoked they got on with LION’S GATE. Also hyped that it is opening for SXSW. This movie has so much potential to make all of the bank that THE WATCHMEN seemed to miss out on. R-RATED and HARDCORE. This thing is going to be nice. I have high hopes for it even though Nic Cage is in there, and I curse the ground that he walks on bitterly.

Looks cool, but can’t help but wonder if it’ll live up to the hype. And Cage as “Big Daddy”? Dunno whether to be afraid, or on the floor in hysterics. Once his ammo gives out, is he gonna do an Oddjob, and whip off his hair to decapitate folks with?
