The Revenant – Movie Trailer

Today we have the trailer for The Revenant, from writer/director Kelly Prior. The film stars David Anders and Chris Wylde as buddies who go on a crazy killing spree when Anders is shipped home from military service in the Middle East in a body bag. Anders is revealed to be a zombie (or revenant if you will, as he seems to not be of the mindless variety), so he enlists the aid of buddy Wylde to help keep him alive, or undead, or whatever the hell you’d call it. They turn their attentions to the seedier element of society in an attempt to not take innocent lives, and we get some stuff that reminded me a bit of the first Boondock Saints film as they troll for victims and burst into sleazy location, guns blazing. Probably worth a look for those in search of a different take on the zombie genre.
